**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Artifex HR is looking for an Enterprise Coach for one of their healthcare clients.**

**Job Summary**:
The Enterprise Coach can be compared to an Enterprise Agile Coach: they are a proven Agile craftsperson and, at times, a guide and innovator for others. In partnership with the Coaching team’s leadership, they will help guide the organisation to developing the necessary capabilities to thrive in volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous environments. They work at all levels of the organisation to not only convey but co-create values, principles, and practices that improve the organisation’s adaptability.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
The Enterprise Coach demonstrably helps teams and value streams continuously improve their terminology, tools, processes, structure, and culture to create a joyful, ethical, and high-performance environment.

- Guide the organisation through developing an adaptive mindset: including: deep respect for people and teams, continuous improvement, economic decision making, small batches, shortest possible lead times, maintaining quality at appropriately high levels, and minimising waste.
- Facilitate various events within and beyond their teams and value streams, creating an environment of openness, safety, and innovation as well as supporting others in their growth as facilitators.

- Mentor less experienced individuals and teams in a number of related domains, giving feedback without excessive emotional overtone or judgement.
- Teach and train individuals and teams in Agile/Lean/Teal concepts using modern pedagogical techniques.
- Manage their own engagement with their teams and value-stream by co-creating inspiring goals and designed alliances between coach and coachees.
- Model servant leadership, caring deeply for the growth of those that they support and creating fellow leaders, not followers.
- Support teams in their development as complex human systems by championing for diversity/equity/inclusion, psychological safety, and constructive conflict resolution.
- Accurately assess the health of their teams using new or established frameworks and continuously adapt their teaching, facilitation, mentoring, and coaching accordingly.
- Organise and facilitate the launch of new teams, resulting in “good starts” with a team vision aligned to the value stream and organisation’s objectives and key results.
- Support their Product Owners with the creation and refinement of their product vision and goals, as well the translation of those goals into a healthy product backlog using techniques such as user story mapping, innovation games, product data analysis, etc.
- Support the broader organisation in its Agile adoption, help non-technical people understand complex Agile delivery, and facilitate continuous improvement in the organisation in partnership with other coaches to increase the effectiveness of teams.
- Maintains the strictest of confidence (except as required by anti-harassment and similar policies), does not gossip or spread rumours, and is able to work in an environment where they may encounter PHI / PII data and similarly confidential information.
- May be assigned other duties.
- Must maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

**Salary**: ₹4,500,000.00 - ₹7,000,000.00 per year
