**Collection officer JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Role Summary & Essential Responsibilities**

Responsible for 50 Days plus Collection dues meeting standard practices, feedback/trails are updated, specific focus on Non-starters and daily visit on delinquent customers. Recommending legal actions for critical cases. No delay in deposition of money.
- Drive the achievement of Collection target and recoveries of dues in designated territory.
- Prospect for new sales clients within assigned areas and facilitate quick on-boarding.
- Collaborate with reporting manager to facilitate prompt payment, confirmation and final supply of products to requesting dealers.
- Constantly monitor competitive activities in assigned territory and inform reporting Manager to maintain market positioning.
- Maintain customers’ records and keep all field reports.
- Maintain cordial relationships with dealers/Distributors in assigned zone to build brand loyalty and sustain patronage.
- Regularly visit dealers in assigned territory to generate orders and ensure proper Collection.
- Prepare and submit activity report for the attention of the reporting Manager.

**Experience and Qualification**

Should have more than 10 yrs. experiences in recoveries of dues is a must. Good communication and pleasing personality. High level of Self Drive/Enthusiasm, Responsible for collection efficiency on timely manner, thus delivering targeted performance.
