As a YouTube/Instagram Creator at IND, you will be responsible for producing high-quality content for our YouTube and Instagram platforms. You will play a crucial role in engaging our audience, raising awareness about neurodevelopmental issues, and promoting our programs and initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Content Creation: Produce engaging and informative videos and posts for our YouTube and Instagram channels, focusing on topics related to neurodevelopmental challenges, child development, and parenting.
- Scriptwriting: Collaborate with the research team to develop well-researched and compelling scripts for long-form YouTube videos and engaging captions for Instagram posts.
- Video Editing: Edit video footage to create polished and professional-looking content, incorporating graphics, animations, and other visual elements as needed.
- Audience Engagement: Monitor comments and messages on our YouTube and Instagram channels, actively engaging with our audience and fostering a sense of community.
- Content Strategy: Work with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that align with our brand objectives and target audience.
- Performance Analysis: Track key performance metrics for our YouTube and Instagram channels, such as views, engagement, and subscriber/follower growth, and use data insights to optimize content strategy.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including content writers, designers, and social media managers, to ensure cohesive and effective content production and distribution.

**Requirements**:

- Previous Experience: Demonstrated experience in content creation for YouTube and/or Instagram, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and concepts for engaging content.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas in an engaging and accessible manner.
- Passion: A passion for storytelling and raising awareness about neurodevelopmental issues, along with a genuine desire to make a positive impact through your work.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Collaboration: Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as communications, media studies, or digital marketing is preferred.
