**Responsibilities**:
**Client Engagement**: Actively engage with construction site managers, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders to promote Winntus Formwork solutions.
**Product Demonstrations**: Conduct on-site product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Winntus formwork products.
**Lead Generation**: Identify and generate new leads through field visits, networking, and building relationships with potential clients.
**Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
**Market Intelligence**: Gather market intelligence by keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
**Sales Targets**: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets as set by the sales management team.
**Feedback Loop**: Provide feedback to the sales and product development teams based on field observations and customer interactions.
**Documentation**: Ensure accurate and timely submission of field visit reports, client feedback, and other relevant documentation.
**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
**Experience**: Proven experience in a field sales or business development role, preferably in the construction or formwork industry.
**Industry Knowledge**: Strong understanding of the construction industry, formwork solutions, and related products.
**Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical details to a non-technical audience.
**Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure business agreements.
**Self-Motivated**: Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
**Driving Skills**: A valid driving license and the ability to travel to various construction sites within Mumbai.
