JD - IT Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Server Management:
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File/Print servers, and Group
Policies.
- Monitor server performance, security patches, and system backups.
- Implement and maintain data security protocols, firewalls, and access controls.
- Desktop / End-User Support:
- Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across the organization.
- Manage asset inventory of desktops, laptops, and IT equipment.
- Network & Security:
- Monitor and manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity.
- Collaborate with vendors/ISPs for network uptime and troubleshooting.
- Ensure endpoint protection (antivirus, patch updates, etc.).
- Backup & Disaster Recovery:
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain IT documentation (network diagrams, configurations, licenses, asset
details).
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and audit requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-6 years of experience as a System Administrator / IT Support Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux Server, and Active Directory.
- Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, Firewalls, VPNs).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
