**Job Description - Clinical Application Specialist**
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Provide hands-on training on the acquisition of Echo studies to doctors (Radiologist/Sonologist) or Echocardiographers on their premises.
- Post-training, perform a mock run and obtain medical validation for the Echo studies acquired by the customer.
- Conduct technical validation of Echo machines and support the sales team during customer onboarding.
- Periodically review the quality of images and videos sent by customers for reporting services.
- Provide remote clinical support and training on Echo imaging to customers whose acquisition quality is inadequate for remote reporting services.
- Support trade shows and professional conferences by demonstrating products and training customers.
- Use market and product knowledge to assist product and medical R&D teams in developing new features and product innovations.
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in:
- 2D, M-Mode
- PW & CW Doppler
- Colour flow Imaging
- Tissue Doppler Imaging
- Strain/Strain-Rate Imaging
- Ability to confidently provide hands-on training.
- Basic proficiency in computer skills, including Network/DICOM Configuration.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience with demonstrated skill in cardiac imaging.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the country, both within and outside the specified geographic region, with overnight stays as needed.
**Desired Characteristics**:
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and at least one South Indian language.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to manage conflicts, handle objections, and negotiate during the sales process.
- Professional business acumen, interfacing effectively with internal teams and external customers in a solution-based sales process.
- Adaptability to changing work environments.
- Self-motivated with the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
