**Job Description**:

- Retouch and manipulate images, Create Design Layouts, Promotional creatives.
- Must be willing to coordinate with the team to design promotional banners and slogans which will

be integrated into the larger marketing campaign.
- Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media
- Must be able to create social media art, website elements, infographics, etc.
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.

Specific Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentals
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (Procreate Illustrators Preferred)
- Strong creative and analytical skills
- Compelling portfolio of graphic design work
- Basic Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Proficient in Spoken and Written English & Hindi Language

Major KRA (SMART)

1. Social Media Banners, Posts, Instagram Story Templates, Web Banners

2. Punctual in Daily Tasks

3. Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and

submitting them for approval

4. Create social media posts based on calendars. Must have experience in Typography

5. Newspaper Adverts, Brochure and flash cards design
