**Job Summary**

The Digital Class Invigilator is responsible for ensuring a smooth and secure online learning environment by monitoring students during live online classes and assisting teachers in maintaining discipline and engagement. The role involves vigilance, technical support, and communication skills to enhance the overall learning experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Class Monitoring**:

- Monitor student behavior during live online classes to ensure attention and compliance with class rules.
- Identify and report any signs of disruptive behavior, unauthorized activity, or technical issues.
- Use tools like screen monitoring software, video conferencing platforms, and attendance trackers effectively.
- **Technical Support**:

- Assist students and teachers with basic troubleshooting for technical issues, including connectivity and platform navigation.
- Ensure all students have access to the required resources before the class begins.
- **Attendance and Reporting**:

- Track and record student attendance accurately for every session.
- Provide detailed reports of student participation and engagement to the teacher or relevant authority.
- **Communication and Support**:

- Act as a bridge between students and teachers, relaying queries or concerns effectively.
- Encourage student participation and engagement by addressing questions or distractions in a timely manner.
- **Security and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with institutional guidelines for online learning and privacy.
- Monitor for academic dishonesty during quizzes, tests, or examinations conducted online.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred(FOR MALE STAFFS)
- **Experience**:

- Experience in online education, invigilation, or virtual monitoring is an advantage.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or similar tools.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in using computers, webcams, microphones, and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
- Knowledge of monitoring software or learning management systems (LMS).
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage classroom activities effectively.

**Work Environment**
- Onsite position with timings depending on class schedules.
- Morning **5.30am to 7.30am** and Evening **5.30pm to 9.45pm**.
