**Position Summary**:
We are hiring highly motivated and passionate **Assistant Professors** for the departments of **Computer Science, Mechanical, Electrical, IT, ECE, and Civil Engineering**. The role involves teaching undergraduate/postgraduate students, conducting research, and contributing to academic and institutional growth.x

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching & Academics**_
- Prepare course files, teaching materials, lesson plans, and assignments.
- Assess student performance through continuous evaluation methods, exams, and practicals.
- Contribute to curriculum design, outcome-based education (OBE), and content upgradation.
- **Student Mentorship**_
- Guide students in mini-projects, final-year projects, internships, and career development.
- Maintain student records, performance logs, and academic mentoring notes.
- Provide academic and emotional support to help students reach their potential.
- **Research & Development**_
- Initiate and participate in research activities in your specialization area.
- Publish papers in peer-reviewed journals and attend academic conferences.
- Support departmental R&D initiatives, workshops, and technical events.
- **Academic Contribution**_
- Support departmental tasks, committee work, accreditation documentation, and event coordination.
- Participate in FDPs, STTPs, MOOCs, and upskilling activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance academic quality and student learning.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Educational Qualification**_
- M.Tech/M.E. in the relevant discipline **(CSE/ME/EE/IT/ECE/CE)** with First Class (Ph.D. preferred).
- B.Tech/B.E. in the respective branch with a strong academic record.
- **Experience**_
- 0-3 years of teaching/research/industry experience.
- Fresh postgraduates with strong academic and communication skills are welcome.
- Strong publication & research work. (preferred)

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital tools
- Ability to contribute to research and departmental activities
- Student-centered teaching philosophy

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
