**Job Title**: School Counselor
**Location**: R.G.Gobal School, Near Police Station Kalkaji, New Delhi

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years (preferred)

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one and group counseling to students on academic, personal, behavioral, and social issues.
- Identify students in need of support and develop action plans to assist them.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create a positive and inclusive school environment.
- Organize workshops and awareness programs on mental health, career guidance, stress management, etc.
- Support students with learning difficulties, emotional challenges, and peer conflicts.
- Maintain confidential student records and ensure ethical and professional standards.
- Act as a bridge between students and school authorities in handling sensitive issues.
- Guide students through transitions such as moving from primary to secondary education.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a school counselor or in a similar role (preferred).
- Strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of child development, behavior management, and mental health.
- Empathetic, approachable, and culturally sensitive.
- Ability to handle crisis situations and provide timely interventions.
