We are Looking for Civil Lawyer for Samuthra Infrastructure Private Limited.

1. Representing Clients:

- **Legal Advice**:Civil lawyers advise clients on their legal rights, obligations, and potential outcomes in their cases.
- **Case Preparation**:They gather evidence, interview witnesses, and prepare legal documents like pleadings and motions.
- **Court Representation**:They represent clients in court proceedings, such as hearings, trials, and appeals.
- **Negotiation and Settlement**:They negotiate settlements on behalf of their clients, aiming for a resolution that protects their interests.
- **Alternative Dispute Resolution**:They may participate in mediation or arbitration to resolve disputes outside of court.

2. Legal Documentation:

- **Drafting Legal Documents**:Civil lawyers draft various legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions.
- **Reviewing Legal Documents**:They review contracts, pleadings, and other legal documents for accuracy and compliance with the law.

3. Legal Research and Analysis:

- **Legal Research**:They conduct research to understand the relevant laws and precedents applicable to their clients' cases.
- **Legal Analysis**:They analyze legal issues and provide clients with insights into potential outcomes and strategies.

4. Communication and Collaboration:

- **Client Communication**:Civil lawyers communicate with clients regularly, keeping them informed about the status of their cases and providing updates on developments.
- **Collaboration with Other Lawyers**:They may collaborate with other lawyers, paralegals, and support staff to provide comprehensive legal services.

5. Staying Current on Legal Developments:

6. Other Duties:

- **Investigative Work**: They may conduct investigations to gather evidence and information relevant to the case.
- **Client Education**: They educate clients on the legal process and their rights and responsibilities.

**Requirement**:
**1.**Required Minimum LLB, BA LLB, MA LLB, LLM Any relevant Field.

2. Minimum Experience 2+ Years

3. Male or Female both can apply.

4. Salary best in industries.

5. Immediate Joiners Required.
