**Role Definition**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver effective IELTS training sessions to individuals or groups.
- Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessment tools tailored to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their English language skills, particularly in the areas of reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
- Stay updated on the latest IELTS examination trends, scoring criteria, and teaching methodologies.
- Conduct mock exams to simulate real test conditions and assess students' readiness for the IELTS test.
- Monitor and track the progress of each student, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
- Create a supportive and motivating learning environment to enhance students' confidence and performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the language training program.
- Stay informed about changes in language proficiency exams and incorporate relevant updates into the curriculum.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- IELTS band score of 7 or above.
- Certified ESL, CELTA or TESOL qualification is an advantage.
- Previous teaching experience, especially in IELTS preparation, is desirable.
- Proven experience as an IELTS Trainer with a successful track record of student achievement.
- Strong understanding of IELTS examination structure, scoring, and assessment criteria.
- Proficiency in English language and strong knowledge of grammar, vocabulary, and language usage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit the learning styles of individual students.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 48 per week
