**We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Architect to lead our architectural department within our real estate company**. As the Head Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our projects, ensuring design excellence, and overseeing the architectural aspects of our developments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to bring our vision to life and create spaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. job location will be MG Road, Gurgaon. Job Description & Responsibilities:
1. Architectural Leadership:

- Provide visionary architectural leadership, guiding the design team to achieve creative and innovative solutions that align with company goals and project requirements.
- Ensure that architectural designs are in line with local regulations, codes, and zoning laws.

2. Project Management:

- Oversee all phases of architectural projects, from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

3. Design Development:

- Develop initial design concepts and sketches, translating ideas into visual representations that address client needs and preferences.
- Foster a balance between creativity and practicality, considering functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.

4. Team Management:

- Lead, mentor, and manage the architectural team, including architects, designers, and drafters.
- Delegate tasks, set goals, and provide constructive feedback to ensure the team's growth and performance.

5. Client and Stakeholder Engagement:

- Collaborate with clients, investors, and other stakeholders to understand their vision, requirements, and concerns.
- Present design proposals and ideas to clients, incorporating their feedback into the design process.

6. Innovation and Research:

- Stay updated on the latest architectural trends, technologies, and materials, and integrate innovative ideas into design concepts.
- Explore sustainable and energy-efficient design solutions to align with environmental goals.
- Lead architect responsible for conceptualizing and designing commercial buildings, ensuring compliance with MEP requirements.
- Manage infrastructure planning, design management, and coordination across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs that meet client expectations.
- Develop detailed drawings and specifications for construction purposes.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Professional licensure as an architect (Optional).
- Proficiency in architectural design software, Auto CAD, CAD tools, and 3D visualization

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
