**Key Responsibilities**:

- Installing new plumbing systems, fixtures (like sinks, toilets, and showers), and appliances (like dishwashers and water heaters).
- Diagnosing and repairing leaks, blockages, and other plumbing issues, as well as performing routine maintenance on systems and appliances.
- Cutting, shaping, and joining pipes and fittings, including working with different materials like copper, PVC, and steel.
- Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Identifying the source of plumbing problems and finding effective solutions.
- Communicating effectively with clients to explain issues, provide solutions, and answer questions.
- Responding to emergency call-outs, such as burst pipes or blocked drains.
- Performing routine maintenance on gas outlets, fire suppression systems, and other plumbing components to prevent future issues.
- Plumbers may need to kneel, squat, bend, and twist for extended periods, and lift heavy objects.
- The ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing problems effectively.
- Attention to detail: Ensuring pipes are properly fitted and sealed to prevent leaks.
- Explaining issues to clients and collaborating with other professionals.
- Basic math skills: Measuring and calculating pipe sizes and other measurements.
- Ensuring compliance with local and national regulations.
- Required in many jurisdictions.

Qualifications:

- Formal Education: High school diploma or equivalent is often preferred.
- Training and Apprenticeship: Successful completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program is usually required.
- License: A valid plumbing license is often required to practice independently.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment, reading blueprints, and understanding plumbing systems.
- Physical Stamina: The ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in confined spaces.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication with clients, contractors, and other team members.
- Safety Knowledge: Understanding of plumbing codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Experience: Previous experience as a plumber is often preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
