**Job Description: Physics Tutor (Grades 6-12, All Boards)**

**Locations**:

- Perungudi
- T. Nagar
- Maduravoyal
- Nungambakkam

**Work Timings**: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM

**About the Role**:
We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Physics Tutors to teach students from Grades 6 to 12 across all major educational boards (State, CBSE, ICSE, and others). This role involves simplifying complex physics concepts and providing personalized guidance to students in a center-based teaching environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to the requirements of different educational boards.
- Conduct engaging and interactive classes that encourage students to develop a strong understanding of fundamental and advanced physics concepts.
- Provide individual attention to students based on their learning needs.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment that motivates students to excel.
- Teach Physics to students from Grades 6 to 12, ensuring board-specific curriculum coverage.
- Track and evaluate student progress through periodic tests, assignments, and feedback sessions.
- Prepare students for board exams, competitive exams, and regular assessments.
- Communicate with parents or guardians about student performance when required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Engineering, or a related discipline (B.Ed. preferred).
- Prior experience in teaching Physics to Grades 6-12 students for State, CBSE, ICSE, or other boards is an advantage.
- Strong teaching and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Patience, adaptability, and the ability to connect with students of different proficiency levels.
- Passion for teaching and inspiring young minds.

**Work Details**:

- **Locations**: Perungudi, T. Nagar, Maduravoyal, and Nungambakkam.
- **Timing**: 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday).

**Compensation**: Competitive pay based on qualifications and experience.
