**Job Title: Data Scientist/Analysis**

**Location**: Remote

**Engagement Type**: Full-Time

**Responsibilities**:

- **Python Programming**:

- Develop effective and efficient Python code to address complex issues and challenges.
- Demonstrate proficiency in coding within Jupyter notebooks and other suitable mediums.
- **Business Sense and Analytical Abilities**:

- Utilize extensive data analysis skills to respond to important business queries using datasets from various sources, including Kaggle, the UN, and the US government.
- **Communication with Researchers**:

- Communicate clearly with researchers to understand project objectives and requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- **Code Maintenance and Documentation**:

- Fix bugs in the code promptly and efficiently.
- Create thorough documentation for codebase to enhance maintainability.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Employ strong data analytic abilities to draw appropriate conclusions from datasets.
- Clearly express reasoning and logic when presenting results to stakeholders.
- **Collaboration with Stakeholders**:

- Work closely with stakeholders and researchers to comprehend their needs.
- Provide results and insights that contribute to the organization's objectives.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience as a data scientist.
- 2+ years of data analysis experience with a desire to impact the field of artificial intelligence.
- 2+ years of experience working with Python programming.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

**Required Skillset**:

- Python: 2 years.
- Data Analysis OR Data Science: 2 years (for either skill).

**Key Attributes**:

- Strong business sense to interpret dataset conclusions and respond effectively.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to work successfully with stakeholders and researchers.
- Fluent in conversational and written English communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
