**Roles and responsibilities for HIT Trainee**:

- Conduct DC to DR drills as per customer requirements.
- Verify customer backup and security at least once a month.
- Ensure 24/7 uptime with 100% SLA achievement.
- Manage work schedules and review processes.
- Plan for 24/7 support operations.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely escalation to the L2 team if TAT is exceeded.
- Analyze firmware updates and explain version benefits to customers.
- Perform health checks as per customer schedules.
- Maintain 100% customer satisfaction with periodic feedback collection.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
