Cybersecurity - Penetration Tester
- You'll need to be an expert in penetration testing system-of-systems, micro
- service style architecture, containerised deployments, REST APIs, mobile Apps
and hand
- held devices built out of Android.
- You should be proficient using testing tools like Kali Linux, NMap, Burp Suite,
Postman, Metasploit, and other fuzzing tools.
- You need to be ready to evaluate and add new tools into your armour.
- You should possess good working knowledge of operating systems, networking
protocols and basic infrastructure.
- You should be good at both black-box and white-box testing.
- You're ready for large-scale infrastructure, understand preventative and
detective controls such as Active Directory, network firewall, IDS, IPS, end-point
security tools, etc.
- You should be creative with proof-of-concepts and make use of exploits on the
- Having knowledge of scripting and writing automated test suits is a plus.
- You should have a good understanding of using Cyber kill-chain and MITRE
ATT&CK frameworks.
- You should be good at demonstrating, documenting and reporting
vulnerabilities.
- You're self-motivated, self-driven and a good communicator.
We Expect
- You have at least 7 years of relevant experience and 3+ years working witho
micro
- service style architecture, containerised deployments, hand-held devices
and REST APIs.
- You to possess GPEN, Crest, OSCP, OSEP or equivalent industry relevant
certifications.
