**1. Identifying Hiring Needs**
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
- Analyze job vacancies and create job descriptions based on role expectations.
- Get the approved manpower requisition and vacant position ID before initiating hiring.
- Post job advertisements on various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Fountit, Telegram, WhatsApp groups, etc.).
- Source profiles through employee referrals, networking, and consultants for niche roles.

**3. Resume Screening & Shortlisting**
- Review and filter resumes based on job description (JD) keywords, experience, and qualifications.
- Share shortlisted profiles with the Head of Department (HOD) for further review.

**4. Scheduling & Conducting Interviews**
- Ensure proper communication and follow-ups to avoid delays in the interview process.
- Conduct HR interviews to assess soft skills, salary expectations, and notice periods.

**5. Collecting Feedback & Decision-Making**
- Gather feedback from hiring managers post-interview.
- Maintain interview records and feedback for future reference.

**6. Offer Negotiation & Release**
- Prepare compensation proposals considering budget constraints.

**7. Pre-Onboarding & Joining Formalities**
- Share Greyt HR onboarding links and follow up on completing the process.
- Ensure new joiners report to the assigned manager or branch on their first day.

**8. Documentation & Compliance**
- Verify documents (3-month payslips, bank statements, offer letters, Aadhar card, PF details, etc.).
- Ensure hiring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

**9. Recruitment Analysis & Reporting**
- Prepare hiring reports, attrition reports, and recruitment analysis for management review.
- Track and monitor hiring metrics such as offer-to-joining ratio and time-to-fill vacancies.

**10. Employer Branding & Employee Engagement**
- Improve the company’s presence on job portals and employer review sites like Ambition Box.
- Support HR initiatives for employee engagement and retention.
