**Responsibilities**:
Lead Generation: Proactively identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and targeted outreach.

Selling: Present and demonstrate Ailaysa's AI-powered content creation platform to prospects, addressing their needs and showcasing the benefits of our solution. Work closely with the sales team to manage the sales cycle, negotiate pricing, and close deals.

Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide excellent customer service and support.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Use this knowledge to tailor sales strategies and provide insights to enhance Ailaysa's offerings.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management. Provide regular reports to the sales team and contribute to sales forecasting and planning efforts.

**Requirements**:
Education: Pursuing or completed a degree or diploma in management or a related field. A background in sales, marketing, or business administration is preferred.

Online Sales Skills: Experience or a strong interest in online sales and digital marketing. Knowledge of various online platforms and tools for lead generation is a plus.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and product features to potential clients.

Self-Motivation: A proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets. Willingness to take ownership of tasks and drive initiatives forward.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate and coordinate efforts with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.

Persistence: Resilience and the ability to handle objections and rejection in a positive and professional manner. Motivated to continuously improve sales techniques and strategies.
