**Key Result Areas**
- Effectively manage and prioritize multiple positions along with the other recruitment related operational work
- Analyze talent trends in the industry and provide inputs
- Talent Mapping at sectorial and functional level for mid to senior level positions
- Source profiles / resumes through multiple sources (headhunting, networking portals, job portals, internal references, etc.)
- Co-ordinate / schedule interviews and follow up
- Maintain MIS / Trackers / Status reports
- Stay updated with current recruitment trends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
