Job Title: Front Office Executive
Location: Ovum Hospitals, Battarahalli Branch
Experience: Hospital Front Office Experience Required
**Responsibilities**:
- **Patient Check-In/Check-Out**:
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression.
- Register patients, collect necessary information, and verify insurance details.
- Ensure a smooth check-out process, including billing and appointment scheduling.
- **Appointment Scheduling**:
- Manage and schedule patient appointments efficiently.
- Coordinate with various departments to schedule necessary tests and procedures.
- **Customer Service**:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- **Coordination with Other Departments**:
- Collaborate with other hospital departments to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Communicate patient information to relevant healthcare professionals as needed.
- **Billing and Payments**:
- Process patient billing and payments accurately.
- Verify insurance information and coordinate with the billing department when necessary.
- **Record Maintenance**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in front office or administration roles within a hospital setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes.
