It's an International sales US Process. Job Time 7 Pm to 5 Am.

Experience Required: minimum 1 year, maximum 2 years.

Must be Fluent in Punjabi, English, and Hindi.

As per the process requirement, verbal ( ENGLISH ) should be excellent.

- Job description_
- Managing inbound & outbound calls
- Identifying customers' needs & providing solutions.
- Keep records of all conversations in our database
- Meet personal/team targets
- Sales through cold calling. It's a voice process. Outbound & inbound both.
- Deal with the US clients regularly
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Be well-organized and able to work accurately and effectively under pressure
- Be a good member working in a team
- Possesses excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Be a quick learner who can spot new opportunities with demonstrated initiative, diligence, and attention to detail
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.

Skill set required
- Excellent communication skills in Punjabi, Hindi, and English.
- Should have min 1 year of international BPO experience.
- Creative thinking skills.
- The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
- Good sales ability.
- Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.

Salary - as per experience & interview performance.
