Draftsman (AutoCAD & Photoshop) - Lighting Solutions for Delhi, Mumbai & Bengaluru Office

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, Mumbai & Bengaluru. The Assistant Manager - Lighting Solutions is responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with clients to drive business growth. He / She will be responsible for creating managing projects from conception to completion, including project management, design support, cost control, and quality assurance. They must be able to analyse project requirements and align them with our lighting solutions to deliver the best possible outcome for our clients including following activities:

- Preparing Auto CAD & 3D drawings and presentations
- Providing Creative Designs for ongoing projects in consultation with internal team, clients, leading Architects and Interior Designers.
- Close interaction and coordination with all staff member comprising of various Departments in the company.

Functional Area of Vacancy:

- Exploring Business Opportunity by visiting key Architects, Interior Designers, Electrical Consultants, Project management consultants and Developers.
- Participating in initial project planning till specifications has been tendered.
- Technical & Sales Presentations to customers and key decision makers about specific products and solutions.
- Managing few premium key accounts for complete lighting solutions.

Desired Profile:

- Autocad proficient.
- 2 - 7 years of experience in designing and project management in the lighting or furniture industry.
- Technical skills required : Auto CAD, Sketchup, Lumion, 3D Max, Photoshop, Dialux & PPT
- Experience in managing vendors, stakeholders, and project teams
- Understanding of decorative and architectural lighting design and technologies, lighting controls, and lighting software
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to work in a cross-functional team
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and any additional language(s) is a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and visit project sites

- 2-7 Years In lighting or furniture products only.
