**Profile** - Plant Operator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor daily plant machinery used in pesticide formulation, filling, and packaging.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production targets.
- Coordinate with the production and QA team to maintain quality and compliance standards.
- Monitor raw material and packaging material availability; report shortages.
- Manage routine cleaning and maintenance of plant equipment.
- Follow safety, health, and environmental guidelines strictly.
- Maintain accurate documentation for batch processing and shift operations.
- Assist with material movement and inventory management in the warehouse.
- Supervise loading/unloading, storage, and dispatch of goods as per FIFO/LIFO systems.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in plant operations within the **pesticide/agrochemical industry**.
- Knowledge of formulation processes (liquid, powder, granule) and packaging machinery.
- Experience with **warehouse operations** and inventory handling.
- Familiarity with **safety protocols**, PPE, and hazardous material handling.
- Ability to maintain production records and compliance documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/ITI/Graduate in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Word) for report maintenance is a plus.
- Experience in pesticide/chemical manufacturing plants.
- Should be physically fit and ready to work in a shift-based environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
