**JOB DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Making drinks to spec recipe

2. Demonstrating responsible alcohol service

3. Serving food

4. Handling cash & other forms of payment

5. Making proficient sales transactions - using a point-of-sale system

6. Properly checking I.D.s - for guests who appear to be under 30 years old

7. Maintaining proper cash drawer balances

8. Demonstrating impeccable product knowledge

9. Suggestive selling - using proven techniques

10. Maintaining a clean and organized bar area

11. Maintaining proper product pars - through bar pulls & inventories

12. Stocking liquor, beer, wine and glassware throughout the shift

13. Properly labeling, dating, covering and refrigerating prepped items for the bar

14. Maintaining a proper 3-compartment sink - properly sanitizing equipment, utensils, and glassware

15. Performing opening, closing & side duties - setting up/breaking down the bar, cleaning glass/countertops, sweeping the floor, etc

16. Answering questions - accurately and politely

17. Creating memorable experiences
