**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, style preferences, and functional needs for kitchens and wardrobes.
- Design customized modular kitchens and wardrobe solutions using CAD software and other design tools.
- Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, layouts, and mood boards for client presentations.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, fittings, and color schemes aligned with client expectations and project budgets.
- Coordinate with the production and installation teams to ensure design implementation is accurate and of high quality.
- Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, innovations, and materials in kitchen and wardrobe design.
- Provide expert advice on space optimization, storage solutions, and ergonomics.
- Conduct site visits to oversee installation and resolve any on-site issues promptly.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5 years of relevant experience(freshers with strong portfolios may also apply).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar design software.
- Strong understanding of modular kitchen systems, hardware fittings, and materials used in wardrobe manufacturing.
- Good project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and client-interaction skills.
- Attention to detail with a creative and innovative approach to design.
- Knowledge of local trends, materials, and vendors in Kerala is an advantage.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
- Experience with ERP systems for project tracking.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English (speaking and writing).
