**1. Role Purpose**

To manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and documentation of electronic components, tools, and equipment in an organized and traceable manner while ensuring inventory accuracy and smooth supply chain support for production and development teams.
- Receive materials as per purchase orders.
- Check quantities, specifications, and physical condition.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control team for inspection.
- Store all electronic components (SMD, THT, ICs, etc.) in a systematic and ESD-safe manner.
- Ensure all items are properly labeled and categorized.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and accessible storage layout.
- Issue materials to Production, R&D, and Service teams against authorized requisitions.
- Follow FIFO (First-In-First-Out) method for issuing stock.
- Record all outflows accurately in registers or ERP system.
- Maintain real-time stock updates in ERP/inventory software.
- Conduct periodic physical stock audits.
- Reconcile variances and report discrepancies to management.
- Track minimum stock levels for frequently used items.
- Alert purchase team for reorder when items reach reorder levels.
- Prevent stock-outs and overstocking of materials.
- Maintain records for material inward, outward, returnable gate passes, and scrap/damaged items.
- Ensure asset tagging for tools, testers, and reusable parts.
- File all documents neatly for audit/reference.
- Coordinate with departments like Purchase, QC, Accounts, and Production.
- Report stock status, shortages, or urgent requirements clearly and timely.
- Assist during physical verification or internal audits.
- Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) handling protocols strictly.
- Ensure materials are stored in accordance with safety standards.
- Maintain good housekeeping and safety in the store premises.
- Use MS Excel, Tally, or ERP for stock management.
- Understand basic electronics components and datasheets.
- Operate barcode scanners, printers, or digital inventory systems if available.
- ITI / Diploma / Graduate in Electronics or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in electronics store or warehouse.
- Familiarity with electronic components, inventory management, and ESD safety.
- Inventory accuracy during audits.
- Number of stock-out instances or delays.
- Timely and correct issuance of materials.
- Cleanliness and organization of store area.
- Compliance with FIFO and ESD safety.
