**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Handle office administration responsibilities and maintain log of it
- Process client documents and arrange them in appropriate method
- Maintain log of all activities, report it on daily basis to Toronto head office
- Perform various activities related to college / university admission process
- Work along with other team members and assist them in various office administration process
- Communicate with sub-agents, college representatives and other associates on regular basis pertaining to on-going admission process
- Report issues to Toronto head office to acquire future solutions
- Must be able to learn and resolve issues
- Must be flexible to adjust in different situations, ready to take new tasks assigned and willing to go extra mile where needed.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- At least one-year of office assistant or office administration experience preferred
- Must have team player qualities
- Excellent communication skills and command over English
- Independent yet a good team player, willing to share, discuss, learn and teach

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Old Padra Road, Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
