
Admin & Sales Executive (Hyderabad)

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Sales & Digital Marketing:
- Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility
- Support sales team with client coordination, proposals, and follow-ups
- Maintain and update CRM with client details and communication records
- Prepare and present sales reports and digital campaign performance summaries
- Administrative Tasks:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Handle documentation, data entry, filing, and basic HR support tasks
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate with internal teams
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
- Assist in organizing events, training sessions, and internal communication
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales and lead generation processes
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva is a plus
- Familiarity with CRMs and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
**Preferred Qualifications (Optional)**:
- MBA in Marketing specialization.
- 0-2 years of experience in admin, sales, or digital marketing roles
