**Designation**: Customer Service Executive
**Roles & Responsibility**:
Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
**Key skills required**:
Excellent English communications skills
Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal skills
Advanced excel is mandatory
- VLookup, Pivot Table
Education & Experience: Any Graduate with minimum 6 months on paper
Working location: Tech Mahindra Ltd. CBD Belapur
Work from office
Shift Timing: 8am-9pm any 9 hours for Male & female
6 days working & one Rotational week off.
Age: 18-35 years
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
**Benefits**:

Schedule:
- Day shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend only
