Shift Engineer - CDW Production. - Shirwal plant.
- Position -Engineer / Senior Engineer - depending upon existing designation/ salary
- Department - Production
- (Tube Mills or CDW - Draw benches & Finishing. )
- Qualification - DME / BE
- Experience - 3 to 4 years TUBE Manufacturing Industry
- Age - below 27 years Gender - Male
- Reporting - Production Manager.

Brief Job description.
- To Ensure daily / shift production and productivity as per plan and target.
- To ensure all QCDSM objectives are met
- To lead a team of permanent workmen.
- Manage contract labours.
- To ensure minimum breakdowns and smooth production lines
- Initiate the small improvement projects
- Involve and motivate the operators and contract labours.

Knowledge and skills required
- Hands on experience on working on machines like CDW PROCESSES, draw benches etc.
- Drive the production, quality safety and productivity in CDW Production lines.
- Should be able to lead the team of 15 permanent workmen and 50 contract labor in shift.
- Self starter and teal leader.
- Good in communication, and leader ship skills.
- Ready to take challenges, sincere and hard working.
- Innovative with good problem solving techniques.
- Five S
- TQM / Lean / TPM

Other
- Salary - 20% more than current CTC or Max 5.25 LPA CTC
- Shift working - Yes. Must be ready to work in all three shifts.
- No Transport facility
- Preferably he should stay near factory with his own stay / travel arrangements
- Company accommodation - No
- Canteen - Yes.
- Weekly - Sunday or staggering depending upon the work load
- Ready to put extra hardship.

**Salary**: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:
