**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

- **Managing client accounts**: Keeping records of client accounts and balances, and sending invoices and account updates
- **Processing payments**: Receiving, sorting, and tracking payments, and issuing receipts
- **Resolving issues**: Answering customer questions and resolving issues, and identifying and resolving billing issues
- **Customer interactions**: Understand customer needs and preferences, and recommend products or services that meet those needs
- **Sales transactions**:Process sales transactions, handle payments, and close deals
- **Customer service**: Resolve customer complaints and concerns, and handle returns, price changes, and discounts
- **Sales goals**: Work toward sales goals, which may be weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually

- **2yr work in bakery sector

**EXPERIENCE:
