**Job Description**:

- Expertise in Enterprise Architecture frameworks and EA Governance
- Knowledge of Cloud Transformation Journey
- Coordinate activities and plan structurally ahead to develop a company-wide value generating IT-Architecture
- Works with Business SMEs / Technology/ Data architects to build EA Strategy/ Assessment / Target state Architecture / Transformation Roadmap
- Ensures that the Architecture is designed for production with integrity, enables migration to future systems and can be delivered efficiently while maximizing re-use.
- Drives continuous digital transformation and manages the EA repository
- Provide insight, thought leadership and innovation to ensure that the solution meets the client’s business goals. Location (Onsite): Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Gurgaon.**Primary Skills**:

- Strong Enterprise Architecture experience including IT Strategy, Assessment, Governance, Architecture blueprint and roadmap.
- Any EA certification (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman)
- 8-14 years of experience in the IT industry
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect in any domain
- Good knowledge in different Architecture frameworks, Reference models and Reference Architectures
- Should have strong consulting, coaching, skill development and communications experience.
- Excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills
- Familiarity in Cloud migration and Cloud strategy
- Passionate to Research for arriving at alternate designs and approaches.
- Able to visualize the big picture involving Business Process, Data, Application, Technical and Information Security aspects of the Enterprise Architecture
- Familiarity in any EA tool (Good to have)

**Secondary Skills**:

- Strong Enterprise Architecture experience in any business domains.
- Leveraging the EA frameworks, Reference Architectures, Design Patterns, templates, or methods to drive and govern the EA related decisions.
- Ability to articulate complex technical matters to non-technical individuals, both within the client and Capgemini.
- Experience in working with Agile Delivery teams.
- Ability to develop teams as well as provide leadership and management to other architects and technical SMEs.
