- Development activities
- BIS Application Monitoring and EDI Team mailbox monitoring (European business unit region).
- Monitoring and analyzing the communication or conversion errors occurs at Client’s end in inbound/outbound processes.
- Track and follow up EDI incidents and support interventions to resolution.
- Root cause analysis of failed or stopped processes in BIS at client, fixing the issue and re[1]processing the file if required.
- Support to resolve the incidents and escalate it to any other dependent teams like infrastructure, database and 3rd party vendors.
- Setup of EDI communication to partners (AS2, X.400, SFTP).
- IDOC entity setup in SAP in order to receive the files from new onboarding partner.
- Enhancements in EDI mapping for existing partners and setup for new onboarding partners.
- Support to test execution in test environment and follow the deployment process to production.
- Creation of mapping specifications for EDI interfaces between source target interfaces by coordination with the respective teams.
- Coordination activities for the below,
- Design, implementation and unit testing of new EDI communication setup.
- Firmed up and approved upgrade activities involving third-party, infrastructure (Client CIT) and Application production vendor - Seeburger.
- Creating tickets for 3rd party team (Seeburger, FTDS) for resolution/fix if resolution accountability is with 3rd party vendor.
- All incidents and responses are handled in 4me tool or EDI Team mailbox
