**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Delinquency Management**: Monitor and identify delinquent accounts by reviewing overdue payments and initiating appropriate collection actions.
- **Investigation**: Investigate reasons for non-payment, such as financial hardship or dispute, and evaluate potential solutions to facilitate repayment.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, including correspondence, payment agreements, and account updates.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies governing debt collection practices.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by addressing borrower inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on collection activities, including accounts receivable status, recovery rates, and potential risks.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit analysts and legal advisors, to develop effective collection strategies and resolve complex cases.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the collection department.
- **Training**: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to debt collection through ongoing training and professional development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in loan collection or debt recovery role is advantageous.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with borrowers from diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection practices (e.g., Fair Debt Collection Practices Act).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹10,902.48 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
