We are involved in the sales, service and maintenance of products like Call Centre Solutions, Voice Loggers, Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Solutions, Call Accounting Software, Telephony Cards, Gateways, etc.

Telture currently has offices in UAE, USA and India with plans for expansion pan India and across GCC countries and the USA.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain client relationships, understanding and addressing their needs. (Field work included)
- Negotiate contract.
- Provide Apt Solutions
- Sell products
- Identifying hardware and software solutions
- Provide technical support to clients
- Handle questions regarding functionality and environments.
- Deals with manual intervention where the support staff accesses the system to perform the tasks necessary.

Education: DIPLOMA/BCA/MCA preferred

Experience: 0-3 years of industry experience (sales preferred).

Language Skills: Excellent native language skills (hindi) and fluency in English

Salary : 25k to 35k Per Month
