As a Fire & Safety Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations, protocols, and standards within a designated area or facility. Your role is crucial in maintaining a safe environment and reducing the risk of fire-related incidents.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine inspections of buildings, premises, equipment, and systems to assess compliance with fire safety regulations and standards.
- Identify potential fire hazards, such as blocked exits, faulty electrical wiring, improper storage of flammable materials, and inadequate fire suppression systems.
- Record inspection findings accurately and thoroughly, documenting any violations or deficiencies observed.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining inspection results, including recommendations for corrective actions and improvements.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to property owners, managers, and relevant stakeholders on addressing identified fire safety hazards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective corrective measures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conduct fire safety training sessions for employees, tenants, and other occupants to raise awareness and promote proper fire prevention and response procedures.
- Stay abreast of changes in fire safety regulations, codes, and industry standards to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Participate in professional development opportunities, training programs, and seminars related to fire prevention and safety.
- Assist in emergency response efforts during fire incidents, including providing support to firefighters, evacuating occupants, and assessing the extent of damage.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fire Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- Proven 5 yrs experience in fire inspection, prevention, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of fire safety codes, regulations, and standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze complex situations and make sound recommendations.
- Proficiency in using inspection tools, equipment, and technology.
