**Looking for an experienced Primary School HOS**

Job Title: Head of School (HoS) - Primary Section

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and implement academic and administrative policies to maintain high educational standards.
- Ensure a child-centric learning environment that fosters creativity, critical thinking and holistic development.
- Lead and mentor teachers to improve teaching methodologies and classroom effectiveness.
- Monitor student progress and collaborate with parents for individual student growth.
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and institutional guidelines.
- Drive innovation in curriculum and co-curricular activities to enhance learning experiences.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years experience in academic leadership, preferably in a CBSE/ICSE school.
- Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
- Ability to implement strategic initiatives for school development.
