Front Desk Executive

We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Executive to join our team. The ideal

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors courteously and professionally.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and

services.
- Handle and resolve customer queries efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service

delivery.
- Schedule and manage appointments and meetings as needed.
- Provide administrative support, including answering phones, managing correspondence,

and maintaining records.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while interacting with customers and staff.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
