**Job Summary**

We’re seeking a design-obsessed creative visionary to join our team as a Graphic Designer. This role goes far beyond making things look good
- you’ll think strategically, lead creatively, and craft compelling visual narratives that captivate and inspire. From concept to execution, you’ll have the autonomy and responsibility to shape how our brand is experienced across every touchpoint. This isn’t a role where ideas are handed down-we’re looking for your ideas. Your bold vision. Your unique design language. Your ability to turn abstract thinking into striking visuals that inform, influence, and resonate across platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Own the entire design process-from ideation and concept development to final execution-delivering high-quality visuals that are as strategic as they are beautiful.
- Design multi-platform assets including brand campaigns, social media graphics, digital ads, pitch decks, presentations, event collateral, print material and more
- each tailored to meet the platform’s native language while still telling a cohesive brand story.
- Act as the guardian of visual identity, ensuring consistency, clarity, and creativity in everything we put out. You’ll refine and elevate our brand guidelines while also knowing when and how to push the boundaries.
- Bring strong visual storytelling skills-using typography, layout and illustration to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling communication.
- Collaborate with marketing, video, and content teams as a thought partner
- not just an executor, to translate campaign goals into powerful visual concepts that lead the creative process, not follow it.
- Stay deeply inspired by design trends, art, culture, and technology. Constantly research, mood board, and explore. You’re not just keeping up-you’re setting the pace.
- Think and operate like an art director. Every visual decision should feel intentional, elevated and aligned with the bigger picture.
- Keep projects on track and on time, ensuring all deliverables are completed with precision, aligned across teams, and executed well within deadlines.
- Don’t wait for direction-you lead with ideas and back them with strong visual execution.
- Believe design isn’t just how it looks-it’s how it communicates and connects.
- Have a proven track record of being a self-starter who takes initiative, solves problems, and consistently delivers strong results.
- Value autonomy and ownership in your work.

- Are ambitious, have a point to prove, are obsessed with ensuring you produce the best of what's possible, and aren't afraid of giving it your all.
- Possess at least 1 year of hands-on experience in graphic designing, however, outstanding portfolios or demonstrated ability can outweigh formal experience.

**Work Details**:
1. A full time role starting from May 2025.

2. 6 days a week; Saturdays are non-negotiable office days in Gurgaon.

**Founder’s Profile**

With 7 years of work experience, the founder has held positions across retail, category management, e
- commerce, and go-to-market strategies at top-tier brands. After managing large portfolios with brands like Vivo at Flipkart and leading Panasonic's e-commerce, he has come to enjoy the challenges and rewards of building businesses from scratch. Beyond his professional journey, he has been actively engaging with MBA campuses since 2018, having trained over 3000 students during this time.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
