Profile Responsibilities:
**Strategic Planning**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Analyze consumer insights to tailor marketing approaches that resonate with target audiences.

**Brand Management**:

- Manage and enhance the company's brand image through consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- Develop and execute brand campaigns to increase brand awareness and affinity.
- Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to in all marketing materials and communications.

**Campaign Management**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling and effective marketing collateral.

**Digital Marketing**:

- Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing.

**Team Leadership**:

- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Provide guidance and support in the execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall strategy.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and professional development opportunities for team members.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between teams to achieve integrated marketing campaigns.

**Budget Management**:

- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Track and report on marketing expenditures and results to key stakeholders.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
