Job Title: Education Counselor

*Key Responsibilities:
Contact prospective students to provide information on programs, courses, and career prospects.

Understand students’ educational backgrounds and career goals to recommend suitable programs.

Address inquiries related to eligibility, admission criteria, and program details.

*Outreach and Follow-Up:
Make regular follow-up calls to prospective students.

Maintain a database of student interactions and track progress toward enrollment.

Assist with lead generation and ensure timely follow-up with all inquiries.

*Program Promotion:
Explain the benefits and unique offerings of the institute’s academic programs.

Share information about scholarships, financial aid, and other opportunities.

Highlight technology-focused training and skill-building opportunities available at the institute.

*Support and Guidance:
Provide guidance on course structures, career pathways, and further opportunities after graduation.

Offer support in resolving queries or challenges faced by students during the admission process.

*Collaboration and Reporting:
Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to align efforts.

Provide feedback to improve communication strategies and student experience.

Prepare regular reports on outreach efforts, student feedback, and enrollment targets.

*Required Skills and Qualifications:
*Education: Bachelor's degree in counseling, education, or a related field.

*Experience: Previous experience in student counseling, sales, or customer service is preferred.

*Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Proficiency in handling CRM systems and MS Office.

Ability to multitask and meet targets within deadlines.

*Desired Attributes:
Passionate about education and helping students achieve their goals.

Positive attitude with the ability to empathize and build trust.

Detail-oriented and capable of handling administrative tasks effectively

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
