We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our B2B sales team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential business clients, introducing our products or services, generating leads, and driving sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships over the phone.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**:

- Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to potential business clients from the provided database.
- Introduce the company's products/services and explain their benefits.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify and qualify potential leads based on company criteria.
- Schedule appointments or product demonstrations with the sales team.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Address client queries and concerns effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services when applicable.
- **Database Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and client information in the CRM system.
- Provide regular feedback to the management on call performance and client requirements.
- **Market Research**:

- Gather insights on market trends and competitors through client interactions.
- Share insights with the team to improve sales strategies.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies.
- Support follow-up activities post-client meetings or campaigns.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in B2B telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage and persuade decision-makers.
- **Language**: Proficiency in English and tamil.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and call logging systems.
- **Personality**: Confident, professional, and customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
- **Target-Oriented**: Ability to handle rejection, meet deadlines, and consistently achieve sales targets.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
