**Job Title**: Multi-Craft Technician
**Location**: Saudi Arabia
**Salary**: 1,500 SAR per month
**Contract Type**: 2 years
**Language Requirement**: Basic English

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs in various trades, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and carpentry.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment or systems as needed, ensuring mínimal downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while performing work.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Assist with the installation and modification of equipment and systems as required.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and time spent on each task.
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment to avoid wastage.
- Report any major issues or needs for additional repairs to the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Basic English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar maintenance or technician role.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
- Ability to work with various tools and equipment used in maintenance and repairs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good physical condition and ability to perform manual tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible hours or on-call as required.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
