**Industry** : Steel Detailing and Engineering

**Immediate Joiner would be preferred.**

**Educational Qualification**:
Full time - B.Tech/B.E. in Civil/Mechanical.

**Work Experience**:
Min 4 to 5 years required in estimation and detailing.

**Job Role**:

- Job pricing and scheduling
- Bids follow-up with the clients
- Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings & making success stories
- Track performance of all Bids
- Analyzing the content of tender specifications and drawings and use the information identified to build a costs schedule suitable for use as a formal tender bid.
- Coordinating preparation of all supporting documentation required in the tender bid.
- Communicating with clients regarding the tender and to present the final submission to the client.
- Assisting in the pre order negotiation process with the client.
- Value Engineering to propose alternatives to specifications in order to reduce costs and / or improve quality and efficiency.

**Requirements**:
**Skillsets Required**:

- Expertise in TEKLA modeling, checking and detailing
- Expertise in calculating the price and schedule
- Hands in Design Drawing Study
- Sound knowledge of Autocad, Bluebeam and MS Office
- Sound knowledge of AISC, NISD, IBC, CISC and OSHA standards of structural steel detailing
