**Key Objective of the Job:
- **
- Manage the user access and control function for the entire group’s organization
(Based on the Segregation of Duties rule book and framework that has been defined for the organization)
- Ensure timely access provision to users
- Coordinate with technology partners for defect resolution
- Level1 support to branches and simulating defects
- Manage frontline resources to support users at branches and offices
- Branch support - address IT related issues at branches and ensure satisfaction of users
- Manage the commissioning of scorecards and address any IT related issues pertaining to these scorecards
**Major Deliverables:

- Ensuring SLAs are maintained and improved
**Educational Qualification: Any Graduate:
- **
- Graduate or IT engineers with specialized courses in Technology
**Desired Experience:
- At least 7 to 10 years’ experience in a similar role of managing IT operations
- Technical knowledge of FinnOne product suite
- Experience in SQL, Java is desirable
- Experience in MS Office is must

- An aptitude to learn new areas and adapt them to the needs of the organization
- Ability to address and resolve user related IT issues - hands on capabilities
