**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans based on the ICSE syllabus for Grades 6-10 (or 9-12, depending on the role).
- Teach English grammar, composition, prose, poetry, and drama with clarity and creativity.
- Prepare students for internal assessments and ICSE board examinations.
- Evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and projects.
- Encourage classroom discussions and literary appreciation.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English or related field.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in an ICSE school preferred.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Familiarity with ICSE curriculum and assessment patterns.

**Skills**:

- Lesson planning and curriculum development.
- Classroom management and student engagement.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to integrate technology into teaching.
