**Job Title: Pickup and Drop Employees**

**Location**: Nagpur**Department**: Logistics/Operations**Reports To**: Operations Manager

**Position Summary**:
Garagetech is seeking a reliable and efficient Pickup and Drop Employee to ensure the smooth transportation of items, vehicles, or goods to and from customer locations. This position plays a key role in the company's customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and safe deliveries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the pickup and drop-off schedules with customers and the operations team.
- Ensure that all pickups and drop-offs are completed on time and in a safe manner.
- Maintain detailed records of all pickups and drop-offs, including addresses, contact information, and special instructions.
- Track and monitor the condition of items during transit to ensure safe delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to the pickup and drop-off process.
- Work closely with drivers, ensuring they are aware of the route, timings, and any specific delivery instructions.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and inventory teams to ensure the correct items are being picked up or dropped off.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding transportation issues or delays.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with customers.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using logistics and tracking software (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if driving is involved).

**Working Conditions**:

- Flexible hours depending on the schedule of pickups and drop-offs.
- Occasional weekend work or evening hours depending on customer needs.
- Some travel may be required, depending on the geographic area.

**Tools & Technology**:

- Scheduling Software:
To manage & organize pickup/drop schedules.
- GPS/Rout Mapping : For planning the most efficient routes for vehicle transport.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
