Qc Supervisor

**Duties and Responsibilities**

** **In chage of Quality controll ativities, Man managemet, Quality certifications
- Supervises and coordinates all activities related to Quality Control and Quality Assurance of inspection of work packages completed and to be sold off to the client (i.e. all welding and bolt-up assemblies). Works with craft foreman of workers engaged in construction, installation to ensure the Gulfspan Quality Control program is executed and client quality requirements are achieved. Examines blueprints and inspection data to ensure uniformed program compliance. Inspects work to ensure conformance with specifications defined in the job package.
- Supervise and direct quality assurance technicians/auditors who are responsible for enforcing Good Manufacturing Practices and other quality-related policies in order to meet product quality standards.Review Production Batch Records and other manufacturing-related documents to verify compliance and record keeping for all mandated manufacturing processes, quality checks, testing, sampling, and sanitation activities.Audit quality control of raw materials, packaging components, labels, and finished products to ensure compliance with established specifications and regulatory standards.Follow up with implemented programs (GMPs, Good Hygiene Practices, HACCP, Allergen Control, Cleaning and Sanitation, Pest Control, Equipment Calibration, Organic Certification, etc.) to ensure compliance by all employees and other personnel in the manufacturing facility.Assist in the coordination of testing results involving finished products, raw materials, and packaging components and the appropriate release and hold programs associated with these materials.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- QC Supervisor: 2 years (preferred)
- Total work: 4 years (preferred)
